As an alternative to the  investment on man power for raising many buildings across the city,government can be invested to work towards energy generating sector to meet the movable vehicular demands of the nation. The government can  reform the city layout on raising car parking buildings, residential lodges and hostel rather approving of construction of several multi level residential apartments in a densely populated locality.
