If there are opportunities for pursuing medical on interest of individuals, then public organization should support for the common individuals. When state decides a formulation for evaluating the interests of medical aspirant why and what is the need of another exam required to mandate for medical aspirants. When the education system has to equalize the opportunities for medical aspirants, then a system has to take initiative to match  the performance of individuals from various state and frame a eligibility for medical admits.
