Mingling or Migrating is important?

In everyone's life journey, there are always hard times and favorable fortunes that's all depends on how the one dealing with the challenges. When we face the challenge and if the challenges are approachable with our abilities then the environment turns up into heaven of possibilities to come true with the approach. The approach may either define how you keep engaging and mingling with the faced challenges to find solution for problems nor guides you to escape and migrate to comfortable possibilities to prosper with the abilities. Always engaging with the possibilities to find solution would bring happiness and satisfaction of what you do. Even nothing turns up as you expected don't need to put your efforts down, the approach of mingling with similar problem solvers would help you get avoid from stressful situations. Taking guidance of seniors and subordinates will make every job easy and avoidance of seeking help would develop lot of ill feelings which may cause to switch with other jobs. Don't ever think of escaping once you set you target job which you need to complete. Escaping is an attitude which you no need to think forcefully and it keeps falling with you  when you have ailed with all your experiments of finding solution to a problem. And when the taken job is out of your interest and abilities, then developing attitude of escaping is also a skill of choosing better possibilities.
