As long as the newspapers, internet network TV continued to be easily accessible to the public, the media will continue to have an influence in shaping its opinions. The mass media news and information's are playing key roles in framing the lives of readers and stay intact with daily updates on the interested field. With the importance of mass media touching the lives of reader, the mass media funders can make a competitive subscription charges for commencing hourly based TV subscriptions to ease the problem of attractions towards TV viewers on the fly and businessmen's.  With the available competitors  with TV broadcasters and network TV providers,  can bring more competitive plans for TV subscribers. As well the advent of internet sourced e-newspapers keep most reader with rumored  news and unfairer medium of holding trust on reaching people. News paper publishers may address this seriously considering  on reconstructing and developing a server on holding the e-papers as journal repositories to help users on finding better references and keep them intact with the updates. On admitting these developments to come into reality, publishers can insist competitive e-paper subscriptions to maintain the trustworthiness of reader with their advertisers. With the acceptance  of above proposal, the e-paper publishers can regulate the usage of e-mass media communications and inculcate the trait of faith on readers as well developing a quality medium to develop quality people with mass medium communication to public.
