Balancing Professional and Personal works from home with a story

With the advent working for home in most of the companies, it s found that it is individuals responsibility to balance their work life balance in a proficient manner. During lockdown, people invested in desks and other equipment to make their home ergonomically sound and office-like as possible. The way of working from home had brought new avenues at home based on individual  needs like attending client calls, drafting personal blogs along with work, preparing materials for business purpose and much more. Even we have seen article on TOI boasting that work from bed is good for many. So, it is now to ascertain that we are independent to work with work from home and one thing is forgotten with many of WFH professionals  was with working hours. I am here to bring you a short story describing the problem with office we get through. A professor was holding a glass of water with his hand, was asking the student , how much this glass weigh! Student has replied that it may weigh 50 to 100 grams. Then professor asked how much time I can hold like this with arm. Students has replied that as much as you are stronger to carry. Then, he added some amount of water to it and asked students. If I hold this same for an hour, what may happen to my arms. Students replied that, you will get pain and arm may get lost his strength to keep lifted the glass of water. The same applies to our life as well, how much ever the problem you take, you should resolve at earliest. If not , just don't carry. The work from home model also states the same to not allow office works to occupy personal time to perform better with your times. Still it may be challenging to balance, the only way is to prioritize and scheduled with office loads to keep the glass down. If you keep piling up your office works all the time, don't need to worry, you may know a better method of drinking glass of water before keeping the glass of water down. Cheers!
