இறைவன் என்பதற்குரிய பொருளைப் புரிந்து கொண்டு புகழ் பெற விரும்புகிறவர்கள், நன்மை தீமைகளை ஒரே அளவில் எதிர் கொள்வார்கள்.
 
**English Short Story:** 
In a serene village, untouched by the clamor of the city, lived an artist known for his divine paintings. His creations were not just visual delights but embodiments of devotion, portraying the dance of light against darkness. People from everywhere were drawn to his art, finding solace and inspiration. Among his admirers was a troubled man, entangled in a web of deceit and wrongdoing, seeking redemption. The artist shared with him a painting that depicted the eternal struggle between light and darkness, emphasizing the transformative power of divine praise. Inspired, the troubled man began to embrace the virtues in his life, distancing himself from his past actions. As days passed, he found that the darkness of his deeds started to fade away, proving the kural’s wisdom that the negative consequences of one’s actions do not affect those who genuinely praise and align with the divine. The man’s life became a testament to the change that true devotion and acknowledgment of the divine can bring. 
 **Tamil Short Story:** 
ஒரு அமைதியான கிராமத்தில், நகரத்தின் சத்தம் தொடாத ஒரு ஓவியர் வாழ்ந்தார், அவரது தெய்வீக ஓவியங்களுக்கு பிரசித்தமானவர். அவரது படைப்புகள் கண்கொள்ளா காட்சிகள் மட்டுமல்ல, பக்தியின் உருவமைப்புகள், ஒளியும் இருளும் ஆட்டத்தை வரைந்து காட்டின. எல்லா இடத்திலிருந்தும் மக்கள் அவரது கலையை நோக்கி ஈர்க்கப்பட்டு, ஆறுதல் மற்றும் உத்வேகத்தை கண்டனர். அவரது விசிறிகளில் குழப்பமும் தவறான செயல்களில் சிக்கிக் கொண்ட ஒரு கவலையுடைய மனிதன் இருந்தார், மீட்பு தேடினார். ஓவியர் அவனுக்கு ஒளியும் இருளும் இடையே நிரந்தர போராட்டத்தைக் காட்டும் ஓவியம் ஒன்றைப் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டார், தெய்வீக புகழ்ச்சியின் மாற்றும் சக்தியை விளக்கினார். கவலையுடைய மனிதன் அவரது வாழ்வில் நல்லொழுக்கங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, தனது கடந்த செயல்களிலிருந்து தன்னை விலக்கினார். காலம் கடந்ததும், அவரது துன்பங்கள் மறைந்து, மனம் மகிழ்ச்சி நிரம்பியது.
